Our Corporate Mission OmicronWave's mission is to
provide technology services to small and medium sized business and individuals
freeing them to succeed at their business! We have been in business for over 5
years serving small businesses and individuals in the Denton, Dallas, and Fort
Worth Texas areas.
Our Team
Chris Toppan - Owner and Head Technician
Chris is a graduate of North Central Texas College who has 14 years of
experience working with technology. His experience starts as a helpdesk
technician for Filemaker supporting their customers, then providing server and
desktop support for a Dallas, Texas based ISP until moving in to the IT services
industry in 2001. After working for another local IT services company until 2005
he founded OmicronWave and has been providing onsite and remote IT services for
over 5 years in DFW area for small businesses and residential customers.

OmicronWave's nationwide onsite service team is ready to work on your computers
onsite at almost any location in the United States or Canada.
24 x 7 x 365 Helpdesk Team
OmicronWave's 24 x 7 x 365 frontline support technicians offer a central point
of contact for reporting faults. They manage each issue through resolution,
following the customers documented service agreement.
The Helpdesk supports:
Level 1: Application Issues
Level 2: Operating System Issues
Level 3: Infrastructure Issues
For any issues that can not be resolved by the helpdesk either
a level 4 technician will be dispatched onsite or attempt to resolve the issue
remotely.
