Appointments

Q: What is your service area?

A: We service the DFW, Texas area including: Denton, Dallas, Fort-Worth, Sanger, Justin, Krum, and many other local cities. Please call us for a complete list of covered areas. For service calls outside of a 15 mile radius of Denton, there will be a trip charge charged. Please call us for rates.

Q: What are your hours?

A: Monday through Friday: 8 AM to 5 PM with our phones being answered by a live person from 8 AM to 4 PM who can schedule a service call or pass you on to a technician if available.

    Saturday: By request.

    Sunday: By request.

Q: How long will it take?

A: Though it's impossible to say how long it will take to fix your computer without first seeing it, most on-site appointments are completed within one to one and a half hours.

Q: What happens if you fix it in 5 minutes, do you charge us and run?

A: Only if you want us to; otherwise we'll stay for the entire hour and tune up your computer or assist you with other computer issues.

Q: Why do you charge by the hour?

A: We have found that it's much more affordable to our clients offer services on an hourly basis. While some companies will charge $199 flat-rate for something that takes as little as 30 minutes, we cannot do that in good conscience.  

Q: Can I reschedule my appointment?

A: Yes, you can reschedule your appontment provided you give us at least 24 hours notice.
