On-site Computer Technical Support and Repair Rates

With our on-site service, you get your computer fixed quickly and affordably right in your home or office. We work quickly to minimize cost and downtime.

Home Clients:

$65 per hour. We don't round up to the next hour; all billing is done in quarter-hour increments after the first hour.

Business Clients:

$85 per hour. We don't round up to the next hour; all billing is done in quarter-hour increments after the first hour.

Emergency Services:

Our emergency service rate is double time unless you are covered by one of our IT Overwatch unlimited support plans. Emergency appointments take place on holidays, occur at irregular hours, or cause the rescheduling of another client's appointment.

Flat Rate Services:  

Basic Computer Tune-Up: $85

We'll remove all junk files & unnecessary programs, clean the Windows registry, update system drivers, and make sure your operating system is up to date.

Gold Computer Tune-Up: $99  Our most popular tune-up!

Everything in the basic tune-up, plus: We'll clean & inspect your computer internally, check for spyware, and install spyware prevention software.

Platinum (Ultimate) Computer Tune-Up: $159 (on-site)

Everything in the gold tune-up, plus: We'll scan for and remove viruses, spyware, and rootkits, check & update your software against security vulnerabilities.

Virus, spyware, and malware detection, removal, and prevention: $149

Includes basic computer tune-up.

* Please be aware any work done outside of the flat rate services while onsite will be billed at out the normal hourly in quarter-hour increments.
